The Frenum healing time is approximately 2 to 4 months.

Genital piercings often bleed between 12 and 24 hours, depending on the depth and complexity of the piercing. Prince Albert, Ampallang, and Apadravya piercings may bleed intermittently for several days, particularly during erections. If you experience heavy bleeding that does not appear to be clotting, please contact your piercer and your doctor. A light bandage of clean gauze should be worn.

This picture shows the frenum piercing. It consists of a quarter ring pierced through the bottom side of the shaft of the penis. Metal studs cap off the ends of the ring.
