Can be pierced with either single or multiple piercings. There are not too many complications usually involved with this piercing, although rough sexual activity could cause the piercing to tear. Care should be taken to ensure the piercing is well healed and stable enough before engaging in sexual intercourse.

Captive bead rings in 12 to 10 gauge and 1/2" to 5/8" in diameter; the diameter of the ring should be at least 1/8" wider than the width of the piercing when the foreskin is retracted. A ring which is too small in diameter will constrict the piercing and cause the piercing to migrate and scar.
